PayPal
PayPal is a secure and trusted payment method for online shopping worldwide.
- When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
- If you do not have a PayPal account, or if you do not want to use your PayPal account, ,you can still pay as a guest through PayPal, by clicking on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal payment page, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can first enter your email address and then enter your credit card information to complete your payment safely via PayPal.
- With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online. Once your order is submitted, you can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
Credit/Debit Card
We accept all kinds of debit/credit cards with international transaction functions. Payment by credit or debit card is safe, simple and convenient.
How to pay by debit/credit
card:
- Choose your shipping address or create a new address.
- Provide your name as printed on the card, your card number, the month and year your card expires, and your 3 or 4 digit security code.
- Completely enter your credit/debit card details above and click "Submit".
- Your payment will be processed and the receipt will be sent to your email address.
Please note that we do not save your credit/debit card number or personal information that you enter into the payment fields when you make a payment. If you have questions about a credit/debit card transaction, please contact the bank that issued your credit/debit card.
Pay with Klarna
Klarna is a direct and secure global payment method that gives customers a range of payment options during checkout.
- Choose Klarna at checkout. After selecting "Pay now" you will be redirected to Klarna's payments to complete your purchase securely.
- Different payment plans may be offered depending on the purchase amount. Klarna offers flexible payment plans, customers can choose to pay in 4 interest-free payments, in full, in 30 days, or over time.
- There’s never any interest if you pay in 4 installments with Klarna. Enter the credit or debit card of your choice for automatic payments every two weeks. No interest or added fees when you pay on time.
- Complete your checkout. The initial amount will be charged based on the payment plan chosen. You will be redirected back to our website and will receive an order confirmation from our website along with payment plan details from Klarna.
Please note that you can only manage your payments through the Klarna mobile app. We are unable to provide any details about Klarna payment plans or payment schedules. For more information, just click here.
Digital Wallet
Apple Pay and Google Pay are convenient ways to pay for online purchases.
- Paying with Apple Pay and Google Pay is easy. All you need to do is activate your credit/debit card for payment.
- Apple Pay offers a fast and secure way to pay with a card on hold or with a stored balance, you're able to pay securely in-app or online from any Apple device.
- With Google Pay, you can pay online with a credit or debit card stored in your Google Account, including cards linked to Google Play, YouTube, Chrome, or an Android device.
Please note that we do not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you pay through Apple Pay and Google Pay. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank or Apple/Google Support for information.
Failed or Declined Payments
If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. In this case, here are some solutions for you to choose from:
- Exit the direct Credit card payment channel and switch to another Credit/Debit Card payment channel for payment.
- Please switch to your other credit/debit card and try payment again.
- If multiple attempts fail, please try again in 24 hours or use another payment method (such as PayPal).
- Call your credit card company or bank to let them know about your purchase. Declare that this transaction is paid by you, and authorize the transaction to re-pay by verifying it.

Order Confirmation and Payment Verification
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. In some cases, additional payment verification may be required to ensure your security. If we need further information, we will contact you promptly to verify your payment details.

If you encounter any issues with your payment, please reach out to our support team immediately at support@gocioebike.com. We are committed to resolving payment disputes quickly and fairly. If a dispute is raised through your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal or credit card company), we will cooperate fully to resolve the issue.
