The wheel rod came off while my son was riding. the breaks squeek and they dont fold easily. they are extremely heavy. not worth it.

Honestly a great bike especially being a bigger guy. Gets full potential of speed and fun! 10/10 would recommend

The alignment is all wrong, even after tightening the handle bars as much as I possibly could. I was hopeful for this product, but I cannot stop and fix the bike while commuting. The seat is incredibly uncomfortable, and the bike is said to fit people that are 6'2 but the cutoff should be 6'3 because I can't even touch the ground at 6'2 and a quarter.

I purchased this for my handyman he's good at everything he does. I asked him if it was okay if I bought it for him because in the long run it's going to be good for him and I . because he works at my home and he can get to the store also when his wife has the Car... he Loves it.. looks great now I'm waiting for the U lock and the Alarm for the E Bike.

Putting this bike together was very easy. We have done multiple tests with it against a $1200 GoTrax and another bike that was $3000. This bike did as well as the GoTrax in most tests, and excelled it in one of the tests! It also held it's own against the $3k bike. It's great that it has 21 gears, because you can go super low. Time will tell how the battery holds up against the other bikes. Expecting that is where the deficiency will come in. That said, if I were buying another e-bike, I would seriously consider this over the money spent on the GoTrax!

The e-bike is great so far. I enjoy riding it a lot. It was easy to assemble and a lot of fun to ride. I purchased the e-bike for recreational use so I hope it holds up on the trails and ruff terrain. The price was also a good deal. I have purchased other e-bikes for a lot more money so the price is great. Thanks, R. Johnson California

Simple to put together as it was mostly already there. Rides smooth and feels safe even at top speed enough for even my kids to ride.

Visually five stars very nice bike good hardware not cheap! however after 1.5 hr of assembly to only have error E10 on the screen!!

I bought this for my son, he loves it. He uses it for work and pleasure.

Son was very pleased with bike. Very convenient that it folds up. Only bad point so far is that it is really heavy.

Bike seems built well however the handle bars were defective from the factory and would not fit and no way to correct.. was exited about the bike but sadly had to send back

This is a great option for electric bicycles. I like that the battery can be taken off to be charged, it's a good size and weight for regular rides, and it was a great value!

great for casual riding for the older generation without spending half your nest egg

It's nice, very nice actually. Rides well, the petal assist is nice, wasn't to hard to put together but better instructions are needed or just plug in the assembly video I found on YouTube that was very helpful. Battery life is not to bad but I expected to last longer. Everything was great up until just yesterday I was riding and all of a sudden got a flat and barely had the bike a couple weeks. I wasn't riding rough or anything. Now I'm trying to change the tire myself but if not possible, I may return because this is the 3nd time (not with this company, just in general with electrical rides) getting a e-rider and the wheel, that just so happen to be the one hooked to the motor goes flat. Anyways other than that, its a good gas saver for me to get back and forth to work that takes way less time than just on a regular bike. A good 7 out of 10. Oh the climb is very helpful as well. Pedaling is very easy going to. Suspension could probably use a like work but its ok.

Full featured electric bike with 21 gear derailleur and 500W motor for pedal assistance allows for extended range with low pedal effort if so desired. The folding feature works well with fast lever action that locks securely in place. The folding feature allows the bike to store easily and the bike is equipped with a stand to support the bike while folded. There is also a throttle on the bike for full electric function.

it is a nice electric bike for the price. the seat was uncomfortable for me. the battery is only good for about 25 to 30 miles before dead. which is fine for me since im only riding it around my town that has everything close.

This noke far exceeded my expectations. It is well made and perfotms as advised. I would recommend this bike highly.

This ebike has been a great purchase. took some time to assemble but was pretty straightforward. did need some extra tools other then what was provided. handlebar is tightened all the way down but still moves when pulling up on bars yo do jumps. Gets around 20 miles a charge

I bought it for my grandson. He loves it ride it every day. I recommend it.
